I began my career as a beautician in 1985, specializing in weight loss and attending seminars in Greece and abroad. However, I soon realized that stress and emotional struggles often prevented lasting results—clients would regain weight or abandon treatments. Anxiety, anger, and sadness affected not just their appearance but their overall well-being.

 

Determined to help, I spent years researching alternative therapies and discovered that physical issues are deeply connected to emotional blockages. Since 2010, I have refined a methodology that identifies and releases these hidden triggers, helping people overcome stress, autoimmune diseases, depression, and panic attacks. This approach accelerates healing, improves physical and mental health, and resolves long-standing emotional concerns, leading to lasting transformation.
